GDPR and Extensions

So unless you have been living under a rock you've been inundated with privacy change notifications lately due to GDPR.  Does anyone have experience trying to implement one of the GDPR extensions like OneTrust or TrustArc?  They are very light on documentation and I am having troubles figuring out how they work and the best way to implement.

Thanks Jeff,  I was hoping they would all have the same sort of documentation as the data-connectors have for Adobe Analytics.  Sort of step by step implementation guides.  This is helpful though thanks!
