There is no additional charge for Launch — it will be available for any Adobe Experience Cloud customer.

Launch is only available to Experience Cloud customers. Meaning, you must have at least one Adobe Experience Cloud solution to use Launch. It is not available for sale as a stand alone product.

what if a customer wants only adobe launch product instead of whole experience cloud ?
