How to collect mobile information in my datastream

Hi, 
In my datastream, I selected the option to get mobile information collected:

 

The fields are present in my schema but are empty in my dataset:

 

Do I have to add something in the mapping (nothing is mapped) or it will be done automatically?

@robinl39529461 i would suggest using   Mobile SDK over Web SDK prior configuration of the data pipeline.

    Hi @robinl39529461 

    Can you please check that you correctly set the context array property when configuring the Web SDK. This is must for to collect above data.

      Thanks @gokul_agiwal for your answer.
      We don't use Adobe SDK for our data collection, I forgot to mention this.
      We have our own API to send data.

        Hi @robinl39529461 Does that mean you're not using Alloy.js right?  

        as you mentioned that you're using your own API to send data, can you check which API gives you the above information?
