Can you please guide us how to enable launch service in Sandbox.

    Hi Satish,

    Are you asking how you can get access to Launch? If so, there is already a post that answers this question:

    How do I get access to Launch, by Adobe?

    Launch is a rolling release so not every customer will have access to Launch at the time of me writing this. Once your organization has been enabled for Launch, you can setup testing libraries on any site you wish to use as a sandbox.
