Hi Bo,

You will need to contact Adobe Creative Cloud Help for this request. I did check the Adobe Creative Cloud Forum to see if anyone else had run into this issue and the answer was to reach out to customer service. You can contact customer service here: http://adobe.ly/1VBTgUq.
