I have got two questions regarding Alerts:1. Is it possible to set up Email Alert that some Data Ingestion workflow failed etc? Do you know any workaround?2. How to set up custom Alert? I do not see that in my UI. I am admin in my env

Hi guys,   has anyone come across this error message during AEP data ingestion? "com.adobe.platform.data.siphon.data.tracker.action.StallPromotionException" with ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException I have a dataset which is solely containing the consent and preferences field group. In that dataset I now wanted to ingest dummy data.   Now, I have a json file with 5 records which causes the import to stall, but not fail. It will just never leave the in progress state. The curious thins is that I can ingest all records separately without problems.   Any idea what could be going on here?

Hello, I need to know how to be able to upload any files to the Commerce environment. I need to host a javascript file for example. But it could be a .css file, a jQuery file, a .pdf file etc. But the system doesn't let me upload any files that aren't images (.jpg / .png etc.). I understand there are probable workarounds to be able to apply code specifically to the config settings, but I want to specifically know how to upload any file I want to my website.  I need to see like a File Manager on our backend. Where is it possible to see this and upload files to my Commerce environment? Thanks,

What is Profile Snap shot in AEP

    I currently have Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implemented through a dual tagging approach. Analytics through the adobe analytics extension and CJA through the Web SDK. Data collection has been running for a few days, and I'm surprised to see that there are nearly twice as many people in CJA as there are unique visitors in Analytics. There is only one dataset in the CJA connection, which is coming from the WebSDK. It has the the connection has the identity map default settings as the person ID. Hi All,I recently started working in AEP and I don't have much experience. I am trying to get data from Adobe Commerce into AEP using Web SDK. The connection is working and I am able to received standard events.I am not sure what is the best way to get data about newsletter subscription from the client account settings. I was trying do this in different ways but it is not working. Does anyone know how to do this and could tell me which direction is good?Thanks a lot!

I have a configuration with web SDK where I populate my data variable XDM with values name and URL within webI use a data element that reads a value from the datalayer, but then I see data with URL and data with page names. anyone has experienced this?

Hi Everyone,We do maintain a wiki page where we list all the dataflows looks like as below for all the three environments that is dev,stage and prod. To do this we open dataflows in each sandbox and manually edit the wiki.  But when i closely look into UI there is a tabular info which has exact informaion we need   could anyone help me to understand how this table getting populated in the AEP UI.if at all using API, please let me know. Prompt responce is appriciated. Thanks! 

We are use the Adobe Bridge SDK to bring mobile data into AEP. With that we are using the data prep tool to extract context variables and assign them to schema locations. We have come to a snag with the product string. We want to map this to the productListItems array (the default location for the product string). We thought of creating a calculated field and using the  analytics functions, e.g. aa_get_product_nameshttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/data-prep/functions#analyticsThis outputs an array of values and we would then assign this to a schema path within productListItems.The issue we have run into is that these analytics functions always output an array of strings - ["34","4","57] and we need in some instances floats or integers. We cannot use the to_integer/float functions as these only work on 1 string at a time and not arrays. We also cannot reference the entire array using [*] - as this is not supported. Has anyone run across

Hi All, I've encountered an issue with inserting data into a qsaccel table created as a source for custom dashboards.I've followed the documentation available here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/query/data-distiller/sql-insights/reporting-insights-data-model and a very helpful article by @annamalai: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-platform-blogs/harnessing-data-distiller-s-query-pro-mode-for-chart-authoring/ba-p/673218 I am able to create the table and use it as a source for dashboards (creating it as a result of select query), however for the use-case that I'm working on I would like to be able to insert data directly into the qsaccel table.When trying to execute the INSERT statement in Query Service, I get the following error:  Error code: 42809Description: <MY_TABLE_NAME> is not a QsAccel Table Thank you in advance for any tipsKamil

Within Adobe Tags, when setting up the Web SDK extension, we have default options for consent. Three default models (in, out and pending) as well as a configurable object to configure with more in-depth level.My question is regarding the "pending" option, which is stated to queue the calls until user gives consent and then act based on consent given, either by sending calls with opt-in or discarding them with opt-out. The issue I'm facing that regardless of if I use the default "pending" option, or define a custom consent object that uses the pending values, calls triggered before opt-in and should be queued are never sent. Is this expected behavior or am I missing something?

Hi everyone, right now I'm migrating my old implementations with data element XDM object. I'm working on inserting the list var and I'm currently having some implementation and data collection problems.  First step I have a list var that contains 11 items. I set the data element containing the reference array inside the xdm object.  Second step I then loaded the xdm object data element into the rule action by selecting Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK - Send event. I have specific conditions for listvar tracking and I would need to insert a custom javascript code that finalizes the tracking.  Can anyone tell me if there is a way to insert a custom code inside the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK - Send event or if we need to use some other type of action in addition?

Hi,I have successfully connected KAFKA and was able to ingest data and I was expecting a Real Time data to be updated in AEP. However, I have to wait around 30 minutes for data to displays in AEP. Currently I am using partner shared sandbox for this. I will have to do the same for my client but will use client's Development Sandbox. I was wondering how I could see the Data in AEP in Real Time? Also does anyone knows what  is the reason behind this?Best RegardsSching

I have tried to configure AEP Web SDK/CDP in the first-party context: 1. Adobe Launch to be self-hosted.2. Reverse proxy to forward the Web SDK network calls from the first-party domain to the original Adobe Edge domain default folder /ee (edge.adobedc.net/ee).3. Datastream configuration to pick the FPID cookie value. (can be accessed via Adobe Launch, verified as a cookie data element value). At the moment, I have configured the edge domain not to be the original edge.adobedc.net, but one of the websites. It starts to mess up the ECID value, giving it a new one with each payload. The FPID cookie value stays the same on the page (re)load, but it seems it is not utilised to generate the same ECID.  Also, originally used JavaScript to get the ECID value for the custom solution for the identityMap, but even when removing that part, having no ECID JS the problem stays.  And in the end, I can see the data in the dataset/CJA, but every page has a new ECID. 

Hi ,I have an question:If ingest a data using Batch ingestion and just to avoid unwanted data and error before profiling ,i don't enabled the dataset for profile. so if i enabled the dataset for profile after few days of Data ingestion.How much time it takes to do profiling done of that data ?or is it perfect approach to do?

what is difference between Data Distiller and Query Service in AEP? In what ways are they similar or different?

I am getting below error while creating an extension. Please suggest what could be reason behind it and how to resolve it.No extension package was found on the server with the name eloqua-adobe-by-enautics-macu and development availability.
