We’re implementing AEP for real-time API-based data flows. Our identity model uses a composite key, for example:compositeId = field1 + field2The primary real-time source only provides field1, while field2 exists in another source system that is ingested separately. Because AEP relies on the complete composite identity for stitching and unified profile creation, this leads to incomplete or fragmented profiles.We’re exploring the best architectural approach within AEP to handle scenarios where only part of a composite identity is available in real time.

Just as the title says: I created a connection account between Adobe Experience Platform and Azure Events Hub using SAS authentication, selected the data associated with the consumer group, configured the dataflow and did the mapping. The dataflow is enabled, however, I don't know if any additional configuration needs to be done in Azure for this dataflow to run or, failing that, I don't know how often it runs because the configuration does not allow me to select an ingest frequency. I currently have an Event Hub that is inside a Namespace, but, considering I am new to running Azure, I don't know if I need to configure anything else. In fact, I don't know how messages get to Event Hub (I used an Azure feature called File Explorer to upload test data, but I don't know how data normally gets to an Event Hub).

I have got two questions:1. Its written in documentation something like that:In case of failed requests to your HTTP API destination, Experience Platform stores the failed requests and retries twice to send the requests to your endpoint.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/destinations/catalog/cloud-storage/azure-event-hubs#limits-retry-policy What happens then with such an event? I know that is still in AEP but can we somehow download which specific event was not sent to destination? 2. How to monitor such a Dataflow? Hey all! As I believe many of you know the functionality of _id deduplication is specific to Profile store ingestion. We're ingesting events for reporting and analysis off of one source that is profile enabled. We're using another that has additional specific parameters to power the actual transactional communication in AJO. The method of delivery of our source into AEP uses an 'At Least Once' connection so relying on idempotence of that source isn't possible. Outside of having a check for duplicate events in a Journey condition, does anyone have any thoughts on a solution for avoiding duplicate records flowing through the journey?

Hi Everyone,We need to send both online and offline events from our web and mobile channels to META, Google and TikTok. Currently, we have separate a different integration for each platform. I was watching the Event Forward Tutorial but I still have a few open questions:1) Edge API - My company already uses a Tag Manager, and there's some internal bureaucracy from our global team regarding the implentation of WEB and Mobile SDKs. Can I forward events to third-party destinations using the Edge API instead. 2) Unknown users - Do I need to create a new profile for every unknown user whose information I collect from my website?3) Offline events - Can I also send offline events through the Edge API coming from AEP, to complement my online events?

Does anyone have this issue of Query Service frequently getting disconnected from the database? I wonder if our organization Proxy is blocking and disconnecting Query Service every few minutes or if there is anything else? Please share you experience with Query Service connection issues.

Hi, Can someone provide details on implementing attribute based access control for restricting PII schema attributes when we have other Data Governance labels already implemented (e.g. I1, I2, S2, C2, C3 etc.) on other schema attributes? We recently implemented Attribute based access control based on documentation on Experience league but after enabling the "Default-Label-Based-Access-Control-Policy" everything goes hay wired as this policy also impacted other attributes where we have set Data Governance attributes like I1, I2, S2, C2, C3 etc. Thanks.Prateek

Hi Team,          We’re currently placing the file in the S3 bucket located in the US East region. In the event of an outage in the East region, will Adobe automatically pick up the file from a mirrored S3 bucket in the West region (assuming it's configured)? Just trying to confirm if Adobe has any built-in failover or redundancy mechanisms for S3 file ingestion across regions. Thanks in advance!Indra

Hi everyone,I have a scenario where 10 files are available in an SFTP location, and I’d like to load all of them into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) at once. However, these files don’t all have the same number of fields — some contain additional or fewer fields than others.My questions are:Can all 10 files be ingested into AEP in a single load?How does AEP handle files with different field counts or mismatched schemas?Is there a best practice or recommended approach for handling such variations during ingestion?  Thank You

I deleted such a dataset but the profiles from that datasets still persists in RT CDP. Would they be removed?

We have Web SDK set up. In our Data Stream, under GEOLOCATION AND NETWORK LOOKUP, all the checkboxes including State/Province, and Country are clicked. In the Adobe Debugger, I found this variable  xdm.placeContext.geo.stateProvince. It's set to my Country and Province.I would like to use the value of stateProvince in a Custom Code in Launch; e.g. If xdm.placeContext.geo.stateProvince = "CA-ON", then do some action.How can I refer to the stateProvince variable to use it in a custom code in Launch? 

 I am integrating Adobe Experience Platform Batch Ingestion APIs using my Adobe Developer Console project.The project has the Adobe Experience Platform API added, and I’m using service account (JWT/OAuth) credentials for authentication.However, when I try to create or write to a dataset, I get the following 403 ForbiddenError:  Expected:The dataset should be successfully created or be accessible for writing under the prod sandbox.Actual:The request fails with a 403 ForbiddenError, indicating that the service account does not have WRITE permission to the dataset.Question:What permissions or configurations are required in Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Developer Console to grant the service account WRITE access to datasets in the prod sandbox?

I am using event forwarding to send data to the XYZ destination. For this, I have configured the required property, added it to the data stream, and tested the setup—it is working as expected. The endpoint URL is authenticated. Currently, I have generated the authentication token using Postman and stored it in the secrets, but this token expires every 24 hours. Is there a way to automatically generate a new token every 24 hours (or less) and update the secret with the latest token value?

How long can you store activity event data from Marketo in B2B RTCDP/AEP? I know Marketo does not maintain this data after 90 days but I was under the impression, that like other CDPs, this data can be stored for as long as necessary without much concern in AEP. I have heard talk about there not being an 'upcert' in B2B, unlike in B2C, which would prevent B2B from maintaining this data long term - basically until I want to remove it. 🙂  Looking for confirmation that this is not accurate and B2B maintains Marketo Activity data well beyond the 90 days. 

I use basic query to find a profiles which belong to audience (80k users). Why nothing is returned?? No error SELECT *from profile_snapshot_export_745b62c8_332c_4a79_970e_03660f18b752WHERE segmentMembership.DDA['22eb5450-7b52-4d42-a9bc-e5dea5d34955'] IS NOT NULL why on our demo sandbox I need to use segment.membership.ups ??? 

Whats the order of calculation of particular audiences? If audience depend on another audience then the order of batch recalculation is crucial
