Is Customer AI & Look alike audiences an add-on? License question

Customer has to buy add-on in order to have Customer AI & Look alike audiences?

These are bought in packages as explained below?

As far as I understand,

Yes, both Customer AI and Look-Alike Audiences in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) are licensed add-ons they are not included by default in the standard AEP license.

Customer AI
Purpose: Predicts customer behavior (e.g., likelihood to churn or convert) using machine learning.

Licensing: Requires a separate Customer AI license.

Look-Alike Audiences
Purpose: Finds new profiles that are similar to an existing audience (based on behavior or attributes).

Licensing: This is also a licensed add-on.

How to Check Licensing in the AEP UI:
Go to Admin > Licenses Usage (if you have Admin access) and find Lookalike audiences , in the Matric section

 

Also, if you have the access already you can directly seek the features for in AEP:

 

Customer AI - Services > Customer AI
Look-Alike Audiences - Audiences > Look-Alike Audiences
