last modified date is wrong

This might be new, because I don't recall noticing this previously, but this morning (4 June) I edited a couple rules and then notice that when I went to add them to a library the latest revision listed a date from March. I cancelled out of the library creation and returned to the Rules tab to verify my changes had been saved. They had, and the listing on the Rules tab also listed the same March dates. Each edited rule had different dates, but the dates were the same as what was presented when creating a library.
