Launch: Append ECID to URL string as query parameter

Hi,

I have an embedded survey in an Iframe that I need to append the ECID as a query parameter on the URL string for both the landing page and confirmation page (so the survey tool can have a unique user ID in reporting). I'm new to Launch, can someone assist? (I've already created the ECID Data Element and condition for the Rule).
