Minify/clean custom code during build

It's frustrating that comments still do not seem to be removed from the library.  Hopefully Adobe will address as some point.

Indeed minifcation of custom code should happen at all.

Minification should happen during all builds, but it's not. Launch just escapes the full HTML incl. comments. Therefor this CR

I would expect that minifcation happens in the background but the interface still shows comments etc. GTM handles it like this. Or even that minification happens with the staging build.
