Mobile Property Analytics does not fire

We created a mobile property for Launch but it does not work correctly. In Charles I can see only these path URLs which don't look right to me https://assets.adobedtm.com/17abb0d42a9b/b951414f1e35/launch-dc5ac5a17ed1-rules.zip

I enabled Mobile Core, Profile and Adobe Analytics. However, it seems that something is missing. 

 

How can we troubleshoot? We do not use AEP, we have standalone Adobe Analytics product, so we implement as SDK integration via solutions-specific endpoints.
