Mobile SDK: Add multiple ADBMobileConfig.json file support or dynamic update support

Currently, the ADBMobileConfig.json file cannot be updated from code and using multiple JSON config file is not supported. If these features would be available, it would be convenient for development especially when releasing to production with different configuration.
