PDFServiceSDK ServiceAPI Exception. Access Forbidden

My C # application uses the SDK to convert PDF pages to PNG pages.   On 6/20, the application returned Access Forbidden message.  The JWT token does not expire until Feb. 2024.   Please help.  Thank you.
