Problem with re-activating a User in DTM
Hi I have a problem with being re-activated in DTM.
The problem is:
- A user has been deactivated cause of account problems. And we cant re-activate the user.
- The user is not visible anymore within the user-list in DTM
- The user can be invited and recieves an email to register
- When the user register a new user for access to DTM he get's that the email is already in use
- When the user tries "I already use DTM" and type in the correct email with the password he gets an "ALERTCheck your email and password."
I don't know what to do, will anyone help me with this?
