Reduce vertical whitespace in headers to make more space available for actual workspace

The headers in every Launch page take up a lot of vertical whitespace. This is basically "dead" whitespace because there is nothing to do in them.

However, the workspace below needs a lot of vertical space to work productively.

Suggestion: reduce the vertical whitespace of the headers.
