Scheduled Projects Issue

My scheduled project never sent today. When I went into the Scheduled Projects area and opened one of scheduled workspaces, the time/hour to send has disappeared. Has the scheduler changed? How do I send workspace reports on a regular schedule by a certain hour?

All of mine reset to 3:30am for some reason, just in the process of fixing them this now, the timing has been hidden for some reason but you can still edit it as per attached screenshot:
