Setting up Oracle Responsys as an SFTP data source

Hi,

 

Has anyone successfully managed to setup their Oracle Responsys SFTP as a data source in AEP?

 

I've managed to create a connection that works, but when on the "Select Data" screen, the folder structure that appears seems very foreign, and I can't seem to navigate through to the right directory where my extracts would be sitting.

 

Any one who can provide some guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @tazfromoz is this a source or destination connector?

 

I believe you are trying to connect to a destination. After you give the credentials, do you not see an option to select the folder?

Also, please check if the service user you are using has been given suitable user access.
