Unable to sign in to Adobe Experience Platform Debugger

I am unable to sign in to Adobe Experience Platform Debugger extension in Google Chrome. I hit 'Sign in' but it never re-directs me to the sign in page instead comes back to the main screen.

@khadijamasood @The newest plugin version has fixed the issue. Can you please verify and close this ticket?

maybe clear your cookies and retry. Else, have you tried it in another browser?

I did all of these steps and still couldn't fix the issue:

  • delete cache and cookies in Chrome
  • uninstall and reinstall the AEP debugger extension in Chrome
  • Tried to see if incognito mode would make a difference - it didn't
  • Tried to look for it in another browser (Mozilla) - couldn't find it
  • restart system
