Hi @nissangede1,

This was a type-in AMA event, so there’s no recording available. However, you can check out the full conversation in the comments above.

If you have any follow-up questions or need clarification on any of the responses, feel free to drop them here, we’d be happy to help!

In a B2B context with complex tech stacks, how do you handle third-party systems or agents (outside Adobe) within the orchestrator? What are the “plug-in” or SDK considerations?

Hi @nappandey - thank you for your question. We are working on initiatives for Agent Orchestrator work with 3rd party agents. We would love to connect to learn more about the use cases you have in mind for B2B so that we can partner on these initiatives.

We have been experimenting with building our own Agents (using MCP). Will there be the option to incorporate our specific Agents to Adobe agents... or vice versa?

Are the agents that are available (to-date) using (e.g.) Claude as LLM or is Adobe using a custom LLM?

Hi there! Thank you for your question.

Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator is Adobe's central technology for building and coordinating all AI Agents in Adobe Experience Cloud. It uses either Microsoft Azure OpenAI or Meta Llama, depending on the provisioned cloud hosting provider. Please refer to this security overview for more information (Large Language Model Series and Data Processing and Storage Locations sections).

What does the timeline/roadmap look like for Bring Your Own Models within Adobe products & platforms?

Hi @sessoms25 - thank you for you question. Can you please help me understand which type of models you are looking to bring in?

Hi @namita_krishnan - yes, we have internal data science models like a propensity model that accesses an amount's probability to adopt, renew, expand a subscription and/or entitlement.

The use of visitor/customer/account data has plenty of legal & compliance concerns - how are others approaching the approval process & awareness to visitors/customers/accounts in order to properly make use of AI capabilities?

@sessoms25 Could you give me a little more context to your question? Most of our AI today doesn't use visitor/customer/account data, except for some of our AI models that we have had for years (e.g. Auto Personalization in Target). Are you asking the community generally or is there something specific you are after?

@jgrover1 yes, my question was recently focused on AEP AI Assistant & RT-CDP Predictive Lead & Account Scoring - as we will soon be progressing on our approval requests for the Orchestration Agents.

Hello! We're looking for guidance on more granular reporting for Journey Optimizer suppressions, as we've had quite a few clients asking for this. We want to be able to see who was excluded from the communication channels and why. We can set up policies and see reports on how many people were excluded, but we are looking for the actual breakout of "profile X was not sent the email because they did not have flag Y"

Second question is regarding Remote Offers - we have clients using these for Target, and looking to replicate their pattern within Journey Optimizer. Is this something that will exist for AJO?

For the Remote Offers question, which types of Remote Offers are your Target clients using? There are three types:

  1. Remote--offer code is stored on a domain different from your website. Target retrieves it from this external server and caches it.
  2. Onsite Cached--offer code is stored on the same domain as your website. Target retrieves it from this external server and caches it.
  3. Onsite Dynamic-offer code is stored on the same domain as your website. Target returns the URL of the offer location to the page and at.js loads it in the user's browser with an XHR request.

Hello!

They are using onsite cached, as that's the only one that currently works with the Web SDK.
