Do we know why we get the below error

Hi @indra_kumar_reddyma ,

This error occurs when the data prep service on edge is not reachable. Unfortunately this isn't controlled from client side so there isn't a way to fix it. If you are seeing a lot of failures for this error you can reach Adobe Support and get those failed batches reprocessed but I assume Adobe will have some sort of threshold upto which such failures are expected. Adobe support will be best place to get further support on this.
