is there a SQL query i can use to check the profile size in AEP RT-CDP data Lake ?

Hi @pradeep-jaiswal  - There is no specific way to check the size of the profile via query service. If you want an average size of all the profiles you can use license dashboard to check profile enrichness(if it still exist, i remember they were updating it to remove the size). If it's for certain profile then you can raise a support ticket giving the id of the profile and they can tell you the size.
