Have you checked under the Adobe Experience Cloud  Debugger?

 

Try launching Adobe Experience Cloud debugger extension, open it and try to navigate the page with Audience Manager implemented to find Adobe Audience Manager Unique User ID, looking under Adobe Audience Manager section.
