A/B Test Goal Tracking Issue

Dear All, 

An issue with an A/B test that should be up and running on the 1st of october. Its basicly a questionary with one questing for A and onw for B including 4 Answer Options and a send button. My issue is, that i cant get the goals to work. I used click element as a metrik. the questions/send buttons are called the same so i thought the goal metrik should catch everything for both Tests, sadly only the B test gets any counts.
Please guide.

Hi @priyankagupta20 , If the button is common in both experiences and if you defined onclick as a goal then it should work for both.

 

Can you please check your settings again and if possible can you share the screen shots.

 

Please validate the experiences using activity QA.
