A/B test with AEP audience not splitting 50/50

I have an A/B test set up with AEP audience ( 8 clients) , but I see that all the 8 users are assigned Control experience and none of them got Variant

Hi @prathibhavi ,

  1. Make sure all 8 users actually qualify or not
  2. Allocation percentages in the A/B activity are set or not

Hi @prathibhavi ,

 

Please check the following-

  1. Ensure that you have assigned some split percentage to the variant
  2. The variant is loading properly via preview links. Check for any errors in the console.
  3. Check if the audience segment is working.
