Adobe courses and experience league video playback issue

I'm trying to watch Experience League course videos on Chrome and Safari on a Mac running 13.5.2 but the video pauses several seconds and waits for the videos to load before resuming again. It happens even if I turn the quality down to low, and it's really frustrating. It's likely because of the firewall at my company, but was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting the videos to preload. Thanks!
