Adobe Target activities not updating in real-time

We are trying to use same page/next page personalization in Adobe Target using AEP data. Our site is already tracked using websdk.

Created an experience in Adobe Target and here is the scenario:

If user clicks on Tab A, show him/her experience A

If user clicks on Tab B, show him/her experience B

Otherwise experience C.

So user visits our website and click on tab B, so experience B is working

Next, user clicks on Tab A, so experience A is shown which is fine.

Third click, user again clicks on tab B, however experience A is presented.

We are utilizing the audience from AEP and thus experience B should be presented to user as he/she clicked on Tab B which was latest. Edge segmentation is enabled on Adobe Platform and merge policy is also applied 

Any assistance on this is highly appreciated
