Adobe Target API - Identify broken link in the catalog

Hi Guys,

As It's currently not possible to export a catalog of the collection (please vote up if this is an issue for you too UI Feature to export all products from a catalog/collection ) -  How to you maintain the catalog updated? My concern is really around the broken links in the Catalog items that simply ignored by our enterprise Site health solution.
