AMVC_ cookie and s_ecid cookie
Both of these cookies contain references to the Visitor ID. Would it be an issue if they had different values for MCMID?

The s_ecid cookie contains a copy of the AMCV cookie, so theoretically it shouldn't be possible that they have two different values. Also worth mentioning that s_ecid was introduced in response to an ITP change several years ago but that s_ecid based solution is now redundant, so there's no reason to continue using it
