Complete exercise "Creating an Activity: Targeting Return Customers"

Hi all,

I'm trying to complete the exercise "Creating an Activity: Targeting Return Customers".

It says to create this audience without using analytics.

"The VP of your department, internet sales, would like to offer a 10% discount to any customer who returns to

the site without having made a purchase their previous visits."

I can't find a way to target the people who didn't make any purchase. How would you do that?

    gabrieleg61567923​You could try and track  the visitor's purchase behaviour and set a profile parameter if they make a purchase. And then use that in a audience,combining it with the out of the box audience "Returning Visitor" to ensure that they are returning visitors and have not made any previous purchases.
