Conditional Rules for Audience- does sequencing matter?

When updating the rules for audience, does the sequencing of the rules affect anything? For example, does it increase efficiency? Is it optimal to sequence all your audiences to have the same order (Brower check first, then state check, etc.)?

Thanks and advance- looking forward to hearing any thoughts.

Sequencing does not matter for Audience Definition. You can configure the Audience in any sequence.

The audience is always analyzed with the complete configuration and not the sequence in which it is configured. Hope that addresses your concern.
