Errors: field - [context] - Unauthorized mbox host

Hi everyone,

I was working as usual this morning when I suddenly encountered this error in a network call:

{"status": 400, "message": "Errors: field - [context] - Unauthorized mbox host - www.-----.com" }

I checked the host list in the implementation tab, and the host where the error occurred is indeed included. Has anyone come across this issue before or know how to resolve it?

    Thanks, mate! I solved the problem by checking the Authorize Hosts. Someone in my company had changed it, restricting access to only one host, but I disabled the restriction, and now it's working properly

    Hi @cristian_ca1 ,

     

    This error occurs because you might have missed whitelisting of the site domain. Go to Administration > Hosts and whitelist the domain

      Hi @cristian_ca1 , 

       

      I encountered the same error this morning. 

      You can try deleting the host from the list of authorised hosts and then try to add it again once. 

      The error will be resolved.
