File parsing failed with Sample CSV

I'm on recommendations feeds page and trying to create a new feed.

I've selected CSV, and picked the URL with a link to the CSV. Once I click save, it errors out to "File parsing failed".

I've tried the sample CSV and other CSV formats and none of them change this error.

if the Sample CSV doesn't work then I would raise a ticket with Client Care
