How to map analytics data as target audience ?

Is it possible to get Analytics data as target audience? . So that i can target specific set of audience based on their data available in Analytics.

Marketing Cloud Audiences provides the ability for Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions to communicate and share information about website visitors so the same data can be used by each solution.
