I want to implement target on android App. I am beginner to App please step by step.

Dear @shoeb131 ,

Step by step is a bigger ask. There is large documentation in Adobe Target, just checkout in Google. There are also individual blogs related to it. iOS or Android, the steps are the same, just code/configuration changes would be different.
