Unable to Edit Audience

Hi all,After several attempts, I'm finding that on some Audiences, I'm unable to edit. In other words, clicking on the pencil icon in the Audience List does nothing.Is there something within the Audience itself that would cause this? I even thought perhaps having the Activity using the desired audience open (edit activity) might be the cause...not the case. Additionally, this audience is only being used on one Activity.Any help you provide is appreciated!Thanks,Brion

(AEM 6.1) SEO fetch as google => AT: Adobe Target content delivery is disabled. Update your DOCTYPE to support Standards mode.

Hi.Im troubleshooting SEO related issue - at certain conditions when i force Fetch as Google of page - it's fetch result is Partially.Next, when i search for that page in google and open Cached version of that page - it is actually not fully fetched(of course, current version is successfully fetched Complete if request it from browser).Comparing JS console, the first difference i see is"AT: Adobe Target content delivery is disabled. Update your DOCTYPE to support Standards mode."And this appears to be true - cached by google version of page lacks<!DOCTYPE html> declarationNext, i see a lot of resources are not loaded.So, i wonder - does google modify HTML content of my page? This appears to be a root cause of our SEO issues. Anybody got experience with this?

How do I find the client code for my account?

If you are looking to implement Adobe Target through DTM or thinking of getting enabled on your Adobe Target Classic account, you need to know the client code of your account. In order to find the Client Code of your account you need to go to Setup > Implementation > Edit Mbox.js Settings. The Client code at the top on the settings. Activity QA link not showing test changes

A couple team members and I are having trouble getting the Activity QA link to generate a preview with the changes we've made for our tests. I've tried most of the suggestions(toggling off audience rules, clearing browser, going incognito,etc) I've read here and not working properly so far. We have AEM 6.4 for our site. If anyone has any insight on why we're not able to see any changes, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Can you add the ability to know what segments I use all the time and keep them in a special tab? I hate having to search every time I need to apply an audience. I use like 10 segments all the time, but I gotta search every time.

Adobe Target - 50/50 traffic split - test two experience vs their own controls

My team is stuck on this being an A/B test rather than if the control performs better than a customized experience. My original plan was to send 50% of the traffic to the control and 25% to Exp B and 25% to Exp C. The results of B and C would be combined because the primary goal of the test is to justify further testing in personalization/targeting. Is there a better way to look at this? I had found some documentation within Adobes resources but I can't find it to save my life now. Thanks

Is it common to see unwanted sites in your Target hosts

We've recently noticed a large number of pornographic sites appearing in our hosts list.We're assuming this is due to a third party copying our code and using it in on their live websites.We're trying to understand what motivation there is for a third party to do this?Many thanks

Dynamic Analytics Data for Target?

We are currently using the standard version of Target and would like to recommend categories based on our Analytics 'next page' data. We have A4T enabled and would like to use specific report metrics to drive changes in the experience.Instead of analyzing the data and updating the experience manually, is there a way to feed a report from Analytics so that the experience can update dynamically? Could you please advise the best approach or if this is possible with the standard version of Target?

ERROR: Referring to invalid nodes

Good morning/afternoon,Is anyone having issues with Target Standard/Premium, where upon saving a change, an error message is shown stating: ERROR Referring to invalid nodes?After opening an activity to make a change to, I was greeted with this error message. Initially I thought it was the custom code change I made--maybe something was missing. But no. I opened a completely different activity, made no changes then clicked Save, and got the same error message.I've logged out/in. I also opened Target in a different browser (Firefox), and received the same message.Is this possibly related to last nights release? More importantly, what can be done to eliminate this error so changes can be saved?Thanks!!Regards,Brion

Rollback custom code panel UX changes from July 25 releaseNew

In the July 25 release of Adobe Target, the custom code UX was seriously degraded and should be rolled back to it's previous UX state.Horizontal Panel view removedIn the previous version, you could display the custom code panel vertically (as we are forced to use now) or horizontally across the bottom of the page.Custom Code view - Limited editing sizeThe custom code editing panel is restricted to a very small maximum size within a normal browser window. This severely limits the amount of code you can see while editing, which increases the amount of scrolling you have to do to view the code. The only workarounds I've seen thus far are to expand your browser across two monitors so the % allowed for maximum width is reasonable or to copy the code and do your editing in another application. Neither are feasible or acceptable, considering the previous version did not handicap the editor so poorly.Closing the Editing panel on save / Interface to open Custom CodeWhen you save your changes

when to use custom code v. edit text/html

Per target basics webinar Q+A: apparently custom code renders at the top of page or even in header. Doing it in-line will apply the text, html, or code changes where you make them. How do you actually determine when to use in-line vs. custom code? What is potential impact of change rendering at top of page vs. where you make them?

Experience custom code running, but custom code tab is empty.

Hey,This feels like a fairly embarrassing problem to be dealing with, but hopefully you can help. I have some Adobe Target Experiences which run scripts and make visual changes to a website, however if I go to edit the custom code in Target it is empty (showing the default text). The visual changes are still happening and I can see the code in the network tab of developer tools, does anyone have any ideas?As an aside, I tried to delete an experience and it has remained active, but now isn't in my list of activities.If you had any advice I'd love to hear it!Thank you,Jordan

Target Audience Based on Cookie Value

Is there currently no way within Target to build an audience based on a cookie value? So if we have a cookie that denotes whether they are a customer or not, we can't build an audience and target a test based on that? If not, are there plans to add this functionality? Both Google Optimize and Optimizely offer this functionality out of the box and is very beneficial in testing. Thanks

Currently the "option.id" in the response tokens is useless and cannot be mapped to anything. Please add in "offer.id" to response tokens. We do not want to get rid of the deprecated ttMETA plugin until offer.id works properly. Note you may also want to update the product documentation. "option.id" != "offer.id".

A/B Test with redirect: Control version counted multiple times

Hello, we have started an A/B/N Test with overall 6 versions of a landing page (incl. control version). Each of the test versions (B-F) redirects to a different url (landing-page-b.html, landing-page-c.html, etc.) It is set up in Target, that the traffic is distributed by 20% for A and 16% each for the 5 test versions (B-F). However, according the Adobe Analytics tracking, roughly 80% of the traffic go to A and 20% to the 5 other versions (4% each).Does anyone have an idea where the problem might be? Thanks in advance!

Ability to set timing on experiences within the campaignInvestigating

Often I would like to change the experience inside of a campaign due to changes made from the website CMS. It think it would be a great feature to allow timing to be set on individual experiences within the campaign. This way we will not longer need to stay up until midnight to do a hot swap with the experience code.
