Adobe Target

According to the troubleshooting page (Troubleshooting the Visual Experience Composer and Enhanced Experience Composer ), the fix is for my website domain (ISP) to whitelist the IPs for my region.I am unsure where the whitelisting needs to happen.my website has 2 webservers (AEM-based and hosted by Adobe Managed Services) and a load balancer in front (hosted in house). I have checked with our in-house team and no incoming/outgoing IPs are being blocked at the load balancer.Can you please help? thanks!ps. I have contacted Target support and they cannot tell me where to whitelist it as well. and while they have provided a workaround, it meant disabling EEC.

   I have ran an A/A test to validate the configuration and this seem to be working.  I have shut off the campaign and archived it. I am however still seeing visit and revenue data collection within Adobe analytics for this campaign.  I want to make sure these visitors are no being assigned to new campaigns. Please advise.

Hey Guys,I am supporting a client that has implemented a test on their own and are having some issues.We are seeing a serious discrepancy between visitor/visit counts between Target numbers & Adobe analytics. (85%-90%)Problem:Visitor Count not matching between Target & Analytics on a Redirect A/B test.Notes- Target is the reporting source (A4t integration has not been implemented)- Adobe analytics is showing much more traffic then that of Target. - Visitor counts on Target is only about 15% of the traffic shown in Adobe Analytics (Both experiences).- Known issue of a slow site experience, mbox timeout call issues?My observations- The team that implemented this only added one URL to the activity location- I seen a few secured and non secured URL versions of the page they want to test in an Entry Page URL report.My thoughts were to simply add all the non secured, or secured versions of the URL to the default experience "add additional pages"  to see if all the traffic we see in a

Hi Guys,I am having problems using the rearrange feature in Target VEC. The way the rearrange feature works is that it takes an existing container A and move it to a new position that is relative to an existing container B.This causes an issue when container B is deleted as container A's position is not changed. Below is an example to explain it betterFor example: Container A: Old Position - 14 | New Position - 3Container B: Old Position - 2Now, if container B is deleted Expected behaviorContainer A: Old Position - 14 | New Position - 2Actual behavior Container A: Old Position - 14 | New Position - 3Is there a way around it? Hi,I am trying to create a test that will report on the number of times a button was clicked and whether any interaction occurred with its required textbox before the button was clicked.My idea is to dynamically change the data-analytics attribute of the button to show whether any interaction occurred with the textbox before the button was clicked.I have the test set up with that assumption, although I'm not completely certain it's correct.I want to ask if anyone can give me detailed info on the data-analytics attribute and how it works with the reporting interface.  Thank you

Hi there,I'm currently on mbox.js (mbox version 61) and I was wondering if there is a way to check when a given mbox contains no experience - be it because of an error or that the user doesn't qualify for any live activities. Preferably there might be a callback when target times out or decides the user meets none of the audiences.Thanks

Hello,I'm trying to create an audience using Site pages rule. I have put "current Pages" and then need to set the page range by selecting one of the options underneath.I know what url, domain, query, subdomain do, but i don't know how "path" works. Can anybody explain? Thank you so much!

Currently the getOffer method only returns the "action" portion of the returned json from target. When looking into the network panel of my browser, I can see all the other data available in the response object (Info like test name, experience id,  activity id). However, I have no way of grabbing this data.I have seen suggestions around putting this info into the a/b test you create but that will not work for me because I need it pick up 100s of running test's metadata without changing them. Does anyone have a suggestion for getting this metadata from an API call or chiseling it out of the getOffer response?

Sorry to ask this basic question, but I don't see the activity creation button enabled for me. One article said that you need to be an approver in Settings -> User Management console. However, it has now moved into Adobe Admin Console. I am not sure how do I use this application and enable it. Pl help

Hello I have DTM installed on my google chrome and the staging is ON so that when ever i create a experience  in adobe target i can do activity qa of that particular experience and see how it runs on the google chrome . So this activity qa is pretty useful because of the dtm on chrome where you can see how the link exactly looks to the clients when it goes live But How to do the same thing on :i) Mozilla ii) I.Eiii) SafariHow do we test on these browsers ? Is there a way to get DTM on these browsers just  like we did on google chrome and test the activity ? Please help me out of how to do the activity qa on different browsers on desktop .Thanks & Regards ,Kalyan K

Hello,I have a question regarding splitting traffic between experiences.  I have the following XT Activity setup in Target Premium:Experience 1: Target customers with CurrentURL contains id=AExperience 2: Target customers with CurrentURL contains id=AExperience 3: Target customers with CurrentURL contains id=BExperience 4: Target customers with CurrentURL contains id=BI would like to have the following:If visitor hits the url containing id=A, they can qualify into either Experience 1 & 2.  If the visitor hits the url with id=B, they can qualify into either Experience 3 or 4. When I have this setup, I am only able to land on Experience 1 and 3 when changing id values.  How do I setup an activity where I can target multiple experiences with the same target condition?

Hi,I am trying to understand what happens if at.js fails?My front-end team does not want to put the at.js in the HTML head tag because they are not sure what will happen if the at.js call fails. Will this result in a blank page on the user browser?How does Adobe Target handle this scenario?

Hi Team,I am now moving from mbox.js to at.js. The functionality was working fine with mbox.js and not in at.js. Below is the changes I had. Please let me know what could be the issue1. I had added below script before a button for which a link was to be changed for Experience B<div class="mboxDefault"></div><script type="text/javascript">    mboxCreate('target-global-mbox','profile.test=test');</script>2. I added an Audience based on the value profile.test = test value3. For this Audience I am editing the link of a button for Experience B using the Enhanced composer. So the above worked fine for mbox.js implementation. I am getting the error "uncaught TypeError: c(...).addClass is not a function".

Hi,using AEM and commerce pack - I have a field on the product scaffolding called "Rank". i would like to have different ranks per different segmens.is such thing possible?For example - iPhone X is ranked 1 for segment "Apple Lovers" and Samsung Note8 is ranked 2 for the same segment. iPhone X is ranked 2 for "Samsung Lovers"  and 1 for "Apple Lovers"Thanks in advanceLiran

I have an activity created with two experiences. It's activated, but the QA links still only shows the current production page, not either of the two A/B experiences. I have the audience rules turned off. Am I missing something?

Hi,We have huge problems with the Target implementation since we updated from AngularJS to Angular2. Currently we are using Angular 4.1.3 and we implemented Target with the at.js (v 1.0.0) over DTM as a tool. In one of 5 cases it loads fine but during most of the cases at.js applies all changes from Target during the page load, Adobe Debugger shows the manipulation as successful, but after that the css file loads and overwrites the changes of Target again. Css file is included in the header of the pre-rendered html page.We have a Single Page Application but in all the examples the integration was always with Angular JS. I cannot implement the extensions like ngRoute because the module does not exist anymore in Angular2.We've also tried out to include at.js as page load rule on page top and bottom, with the same effect.The behaviour is depending on the browser, while firefox works best it usually never works in IE.Any ideas on how we can change the implementation to get it work?Thanks!K
