Hi all,I'm setting up a test designed for Tablet and Desktop only.I've created a new audience with the rules:Mobile:    Screen Width (px) is greater than 767 OR Mobile:    is not Mobile Phone I've applied this audience to the test, but when I view the test using the QA link on a mobile phone - or emulated browser, the test still fires. Has anyone else come across this before, or have any suggestions to what I may be doing wrong? Thanks,Chris

Hi Team,I have a specific requirement regarding hide and show my experience using experience target. It isMy Component should be visible only, if user visited atleast 3 particular pages.I have made an 2 audiences, first in which component should be visible isVisitor Profile: user.numVisits is greater than or equal to3ANDTraffic Sources: Referring Landing Page: URL containsparticular page urland another experience in which I am hiding the component isVisitor Profile: user.numVisits is less than3But, my component comes every time on page, if it reaches number of visits more than 3 in target, it is not working on user basis.Let me know, what I am doing incorrect.Your quick reply will be apprecaited.Thanks in Advance,Harshit

Could someone please explain the difference between VEC and Enhanced Composer?Our site uses WURFL device detection and mobile viewports are not working with Target.Sometimes we manage to get into mobile view by switching to Enhanced Composer and it stays in mobile view until Enhanced Composer is switched off (even when changing viewport to desktop again).Any other solutions or workarounds than moving from adaptive to responsive?

Hi everyone,I am currently trying to set up an A/B test on our search error landing page (page that is visible when there are no products matching the terms used). Considering that we don't have an unique URL for this page we have created an mbox to be triggered once there are no products matching the search term.Using the troubleshooting tools of Adobe Marketing Cloud I can see that the mbox is indeed fired when there are no results (and off when there are results). Now I am trying to create an audience using this as the main parameter to trigger the A/B test, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work. The mbox is triggered but the A/B test is not.Please see how I have built the audience.Thank you in advance.

Hi!Since the AB activity performance report is restricted to 100 days for daily resolution I have to split my API calls up in several intervals and merge the result manually afterwards.But the input format of the option reportInterval is not documented (or respectively I haven't found it yet). :(The API usually delivers time intervals as a string in the following format: 1477036800000-1477386000000But if I provide this format for the reportInterval the API call fails with the following error message:{"httpStatus":400,"requestId":"pVrZB7VcKx0Q9Vllz6KHrN9V2ty3rhy7","requestTime":"2016-10-25T08:54:30.852Z", "errors":[{"errorCode":"typeMismatch.activityPerformanceReportParameters.reportInterval","message":"wrong parameter value [1477036800000-1477386000000] for parameter [reportInterval];","meta":{"reportInterval":"1477036800000-1477386000000"}}]}What is the correct intervall format for this call?RegardsMarc

Hi , Please help me on the below. I have a requirement to personalize a component on a page basis visitors geo-location . For example , if visitor geo-location is US then i have one experience , and if it is UK i have another experience . Approach i am aware of is creating audiences for all the geo-locations i am interested in and add those audiences in XT activity creation. But let's say if i am interested in 20 geo-locations , i have to create 20 audiences , instead of this i would like to know whether we can select experience by evaluating geo-location during runtime .Can it be done using profile script ? if ( profile.geolocation.country = 'US' ) { NEED SYNTAX TO PICK EXPERIENCE}else if ( profile.geolocation.country = ' UK' ){ NEED SYNTAX TO PICK EXPERIENCE}

Do Recommendations Designs support escaping of characters for formats they need to be delivered in? This seems critical to producing valid syntax in Design results. Examples: JavaScript needs escaped quotes (\" and \'): entityTitle = "HD 48\" TV & speakers"HTML attributes need HTML encoding &quot for double quotes etc: <img alt="HD 48" TV & speakers" ...HTML requires html encoding: HD 48" TV & speakersThe documentation says that Designs use Apache "Velocity Version 1.5 with no additional tools or libraries". However, I swear I recall seeing an article somewhere on how to escape quotes for JavaScript in the Velocity used in Recommendations-- but I can't find it again!  I checked for Velocity's EscapeTool library but it is not installed.Thank you for your assistance!

Hello,I'm running some A/B testing in Target. I have set up the test to have a 50:50 split for the selected audience, i.e. 50% of users will see the control and 50% of users will see the test experience.However, looking at the first few weeks of results, I am seeing a split that is more like 47% vs 53%. I wondered if anyone could help me out with how Target allocates audiences to experiences? Can I expect this figure to level out? Does Target have allowable tolerances which it works within? Any help you could give would be hugely appreciated.ThanksToby

I know there is a recommendation key for "last purchased item" - is anyone able to give me a bit more detail on how this is determined?I'm looking to understand if whether recommendations can be tailored to specific customer purchasing behaviour - ie if someone frequently buys "sportswear" from the retailer, can I test whether recommending them more "sportswear" will increase conversion or whether I should build a recommendation that offers other types of products.Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks!

Assuming there are 2 AEM comps in a page. Can we apply A / B test on these comps using VEC(visual experience composer). If AEM content author wants to configure these 2 comps for A/B in Target, so what level of expertise he needs?

Hi Allin order to analyze the result of our personalization campaign using Adobe analytics, we decided to use an Adobe eVar.We store in this eVar the name of the Target campaign the user sees and we fire this information together with the Adobe page view tracking pixel.In this way, we can create segments in Analytics and make all the analysis the analytics team can do.We implemented this workaround because there was no relation between the amount of visitor seen in analytics and the amount of visitor seen in target reports.The problem with this workaround is that sometimes the firing of the tracking pixel, is fired before the personalization took place, and for this reason, the eVar is not populated correctly.What is the best solution to analyze the performance of a personalization campaign?Thank youBest RegardsRiccardo
