Hello, looking for help figuring out how to exclude a set of pages on my home domain from being included in the test experience.For tracking purposes We change the TFN number on Different pages to understand what pages drove people to call in.The CTRL has a number and the Variation has a different number.  This is fine, they are fired using an ECID to trigger a DTM rule.I need to exclude any page that has /local/ as a subforlder in the URL.  I have tried to do it within the target tools section in the Create portion of the test activities by adding a URL condition that says "doesn't contain" /local/.  But if you are cookied as a particpant in the test and then go through organic search and click a link that has /local/ the DTM rule still fires and overwrites the TFN on the local landing page with one from the test.Who knows the right way to handle this? What I want is the user to be able to go to our home page and get entered into the test, but if they come back later or the next day t

Good morning Target Community,I'm trying to set up an Activity in which I want to track conversion from one page to the next. To do this, I added a page to an existing experience and created a segment to my combined audience to track said conversions. However, when I attempt to go through the page flow, the global mbox is firing, but I'm not getting into the experience on the subsequent page.Additionally, I generated an Authentication Token, in which I'm getting "unmatchedIds" returned:"campaignId": 152962, "campaignName": "Campaign Name", "unmatchedSegmentIds": [ 1520742 ], "unmatchedTargetIds": [ 2409501, 2409087 ] },Any guidance you can provide on tracking additional pages, or how to solve the issue of unmatched IDs, is appreciated.- Brion

Hi,I am evaluating a migration from mbox.js to at.js and have encountered an issue. I have replaced mbox.js to at.js with an auto create mbox setting.When I try to setup an experience using form based setup: any javascript in the HTML offer works perfectly but if I add some html for e.g.:" <div> hiii </div> " , it does not appear anywhere on the page.With mbox.js I was able to view the HTML offer in the target-global-mbox div on the page. Where exactly does at.js create an mbox, and why is this mbox not visible in the generated html of the page?

Hi, I'm trying to run an A/B test. I have multiple changes in my test page so rather than use the WYSIWYG tool to create my test page  I'm going to build the page in HTML and I want to find a way of pushing this HTML code for my test page live in Target. I've been looking at the help topics and I'm not sure of the best option to use. I'm not sure the code editor gives me what I need, is there another option?Can anyone provide some guidance here?Many thanks.

I recently created a profile script which captures whether or not the login page has been seen by a visitor: if(page.url.indexOf("/login") > -1){  return "hasSeenLogin"} Checking with mboxTrace, I have seen the user parameter working within the same session as the login page view. Hello,I am looking for a method replacement for  mboxCurrent.getParameters() returns all the parameters passed during mbox call (used to be available in earlier mbox.js) in target premium (at.js response) which i can use. I know there are methods for example mbox.param('param_name') but it only work for single parameter when you know the name.I have checked available api at https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/target/target/r_variables_profiles_parameters_methods.html but did not find the replacement.Looking for help.Thanks,Pawan

Hi, potentially very niche conversion tracking logic below:We have a series of actions on our secure site which do not trigger a confirmation page on a uniquely identifiable URL. Instead, the visitor is taken back to the account overview page, and shown a 'Successful transaction' type message (within a div).The confirmation message is the only evidence of the conversion, and appears only when a transaction is completed on the previous page. The div is removed from the HTML after a couple seconds (not just hidden, gone entirely).Ideally we'd create an Mbox on this div, but my concern is that it is removed from the page. Clearly we can't add/change content in this case, but would a 'viewed mbox' conversion still trigger?We currently capture the success metric via Google Tag Manager passing a success event in to the data layer. Is there any way that Target could capture this metric in a similar way? Could we, for example, pass a temporary parameter in to an existing mbox, and track views

Pl confirm this.2. at.js resides on the client and heps us to connect with target server, as it has target reference inside.3. What else is the purpose of at.js?4. We are required to configure Target in one of our client applications. There are few queries from security point of view could you please help us out on this.Is it possible for Target to keep track of a user and always show him the same experience? I setup an form-based activity and get to the point at which I need to get the preview links for the test. When I click "View Experience URLs" I get the message "ERROR   Failed to generate preview links". In the browser developer console, I see that the response from the server is a 500 error.Did something break?

I have an MVT test I'd like to run. I'll be targeting a specific industry vertical, and in addition to rearranging the page (removing certain divs), I'd like to change a lot of copy, finding out what works best through a full factorial test. Is this possible? I don't seem to be able to target containers for removal.

Hi,We've recently moved to creating campaigns in the Target Standard UI, where previously we have been doing everything via Target Classic.I've come across an issue where I'm unable to create a new Audience in Standard based on an mbox parameter. The mbox appears in the 'Search mbox' field, but when I click the drop down for 'Search parameter', I see the following error message: https://www.screencast.com/t/jl8vGk1jnCKKI know that the mbox has multiple parameters assigned, and I can access them in Classic. Has anyone come across this before? I'm trying to setup an Activity with this url patternmysite.com/search/posts?Keywords=accounting&Location=santa+clara&Radius=Twenty&Company=&ListingType=Internship&FilterBy=&Page=1But since the value of the query, "Keywords, Location" ... etc, will be different for each search.I try to go to configure the url, and "add template" rule, but I'm lost in the UI.How to do that correctly or  Is there any documentation on that?   ( I'm trying to look through the URL section of Adobe documentation, I don't see this use case documented ) Thanks 

Hi,I'm hoping to build a campaign on our marketing site that encourages existing users to complete an action on our secure site, which exists on a separate web domain.Both domains contain the Target tag under the same account, so is it possible to capture a conversion metric for a test that starts on domain A with the conversion occurring on domain B?Many thanks,Chris

Hi,I'd like to integrate AEM with Adobe Target to apply personalization for our content.  But I face an issue in connection to Adobe Target. Client code : I obtain this client code value from Adobe Target Dashboard > Implementation > Edit mbox settings > Client Code and make sure it's exact value.Email/Password : I fill up these fields Adobe ID account's email and password value.I click on the "Connect to Adobe Target" button and got an error like "Invalid Email and Password supplied". My questions is where can I get that account so that I could connect to Adobe Target from AEM successfully ?  (*) Note that I can successfully access to Adobe Target in the Adobe Marketing Cloud web interface by this Adobe ID account.Thanks in advance

Hi,I am using 'Audit report API' to generate Audit Report and 'Experience' column is present in the CSV file generated via API but I have observed that 'Experience' column is not coming in the Audit Report CSV file that is generated via Target Standard tool directly since last couple of weeks.Please confirm on whether there is any possibility of removing the 'Experience' column from the CSV file generated via API as well. Thanks,Shalinee 

I'd like to exclude organic traffic from a test. In traffic sources. Can I do this in existing audiences, or do I need to create a segment in Analytics, make a marketing cloud segment, and use that?

Hi everyone,I hope someone can help me with this question. How can I achieve the following:  User - Geo Location => Austria User - Referrer => Search Engine If this user accesses a German Website from a Search Engine I would like to redirect the user to the Austrian website. My problem is the that once a user is targeted he stays within this audience. The problem I have is I don´t want to redirect this user if he comes to the German page directly or from another website. I see two options I´m seeking the actual solution for:1. Can i get the geo location back from Adobe with my initial MBox Call? 2. Is there a possibility to target someone with a dedicated audience without adding him to this audience afterwards? Thank you very much in advanceSimon

Hi,I am an AEM Developer and recently implementing Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics for one of our website. From my interaction so far with these 2 products, I can see that there is not much for a Developer to do (like creating template/component/clientlibs in AEM). At the most the developer has to include the mbox.js in the page head (or even this can be done via DTM). Rest of them are in the Target Console where Business / Admin team creates experiences and audience based upon personalisation need of the business.  Similarly for Analytics (here there can be a need to map the analytics variable with AEM page variables and creation of Data Layer) Is my understanding correct or I am missing any important role that developer has to play. 

I am trying to do an A/B test on our pages in Target Standard (not AEM). Creating a new activity, add two experiments (A and B) and finishing the process properly, activating it at the end. The experiments do not show up neither in preview nor on the page if I open it on CDN / origin (dispatcher) - I am getting an error in the browser console:Uncaught ReferenceError: _AT is not definedIf the activity is configured for the publisher directly, it works fine both in preview and on the page opened.So it seems that something might be blocked by the dispatcher. (One more note: targeting works properly if it is done from AEM 6.1 SP2 CFP4)Do you have any idea? Please help.Best regards, Gyorgy

I am setting up my first campaign(s) in Target (formerly used Target Classic) and I am having some trouble setting goal metrics. I have a 50/50 test using a global mbox, and my goal needs to be when a specific page is visited. the issue I have is that my URL's are not fixed, for example:https://pet1.johnlewis-insurance.com/quoteAndBuy.do?e=e1s1&curPage=paymentMonthlyas opposed to https://pet1.johnlewis-insurance.com/quoteAndBuy.do?curPage=paymentMonthlySo I was trying to set a rule saying Conversion > viewed a page > where URL contains > &curPage=paymentMonthlybut I don't think this is working correctly (numbers are too high) - we have other pages in other implementations with the same &curPage parameters, so I suspect I may be tracking these as well??I guess I need to do something like:Conversion > viewed a page > where URL contains > https://pet1.johnlewis-insurance.com/quoteAndBuy.do?
