How to Troubleshoot content delivery issues in Adobe Target. ?  

Need help Transitioning from Target Classic to Target Standard Premium ?

Currently I have a Recommendation block (Recommendation logic- items with similar attribute) at home page. Here the entire block get tuned and limit the suggestions only to the last viewed item. I wanted to increase the recommendation (incoming feeds) for atleast last 2 or 3 viewed items. For example- Currently If user visits items Z > Y > X  then the recommendation blocks gets filled with items which has similar attribute only to item "X" (leaving last to last viewed). I would like to explore the possibility of recommendation block having track of items Z, Y and X. 

Hello,I'm doing A/B test by changing the movie playing in my homepage to another movie (shorter one). i want to know if it has affect on registrations.Basically,I want to check if visitors in my homepage watched the video (play video button) and then requested a demo and got up to the "thank you page". "Play video" (video popup) button ->  Request a demo button (page with form to fill) -> submit - thank you page. How can i check if people who watch the shorter video on version B reached more or not to the final "thank you" page? Thanks,Ido

In Target Classic, the tool-tip under 'Visitors' says "If a conversion is achieved, a user is eligible to become a visitor to the same campaign again".Does this mean that once a unique visitor achieves a conversion, they will be re-counted as a new unique 'Visitor' to the experience while the experience is running?This leads to other questions:Which conversion will re-count them back as a new visitor?Does the user become eligible only to the same campaign they originally experienced, or will they be distributed randomly according to the traffic allocation?Is this same method also apply to Target Standard?Lastly, WHY is it being counted like this? Other testing tools do not calculate unique visitors like this. Can this function be changed?Thanks.

in at.js I can see serverDomain is configured. In the case of serverDomain is not reachable (server down or whatever), our webpage stays as blank. I think this is due to the fact that body{opacity:0} is never removed in the case of failing to access the serverDomain.Is this a bug or there is a configuration that can give me failsafe?

Is there a way to create an email user segment to send an experience to specific emails? For example, laura@adobe.com? 

Why my Adobe target activity report data not available ?

 Hi team,I have a question in regards Adobe Target on dynamic pages with dynamic content. (Application Form)When the page loads, the global mbox is loaded  however as the user progress through the form and new content (components) is displayed the mbox no longer fires. (I believe the pages use angular)How do I achieve testing on these new components? Hi everyone,I have set up an activity within Adobe Target and I want to use Adobe Analytics as reporting source.In addition I have chosen "Use an analytics metric" for my goal metric.On my page actually the test is implemented and working (I can see the different experinces). I can see my success event going out and I can see this event being reported in Adobe Analytics.Nevertheless my Activity Conversions stays 0. Within Activity impressions I can see this test has traffic.Can anyone help me?Shall I usually see traffic going to Target when my success event is being send or is this conversion tracking happening server side? Thank you in advanceSimon

I recently tried using Target Classic's mbox3rdPartyId feature without success. Hi everyone I have a question about including the referring URL parameters when using an Adobe Target Classic Redirect Offer. I’m testing a redirect offer and have checked the option to include the referring url.  The problem is that when the referring parameter values are passed our colon symbols are being expressed as  %3A.  Is there a setting that we can use that would keep the : instead of the %3A?  Note that we often also switch from one subdomain to another as our test content is on a different Content Management System. Example control URL http://www.morethan.com/pet-insurance-quote?utm_campaign=PPC:PET:Brand:Google&gclid=ABC123&gclsrc=aw.ds Example redirect destination with : to %3A replaced http://beta.morethan.com/landingpage-test?utm_campaign=PPC%3APET%3ABrand%3A Google&gclid=ABC123&gclsrc=aw.ds Any ideas or tips that I can try? Is it possible to create a segment of a small number of users, that you identify by specific email addresses?

I have a hopeful simple question please.I have a currently running test where a winning treatment was recognized/achieved.  On 6/21/16 12AM, I was asked to update the test Traffic allocation to 100% to the new experience that was declared the winner.  I altered the Activity Traffic Allocation to 0% Control/100% Treatment B.  However, as 6/21 day progressed the metrics showed traffic still going to Control when we wanted all traffic to go to new treatment. QUESTION: Is there a transition process over time for traffic to actually go to a full 100% or should it happen relatively instantly?

We don't want to expose the client's IP address but Adobe is not yet have the obfuscation of IP addresses (all 4 octets rather than last bit) in the marketing cloud. So we'd like to place a proxy between client's browser and Adobe marketing cloud to obfuscate the IP address. I can see I might be able to hijack at.js serverDomain (omtrdc.net) to our proxy and then forward all the data to omtrdc.net. I guess there might be better ways of doing this?Thanks

Hi all, has anyone used Profile Fetch API (https://www.adobe.io/products/target/docs/reference/profiles/profile-fetch) to programatically fetch all attributes set against a user-profile? I am using following address currently for the purposehttp://<client-server-domain>/rest/v1/profiles/<pcId>?client=<clientCode>This doesn't fetch profile attributes in real-time i.e. if I clear my cookies, load my page and run this API, I get 404 - no profile found message. However, if I run it after some time (around 30 minutes later), it returns all profile attributes in JSON format.I was wondering whether there is any way (new version of this API or passing any specific parameter etc.) which can enable me fetch profile-attributes as soon as its updated on the server? Hi,I have recently started exploring recommendations engine. I am able to push the data to recommendations engine and retrieve it back via view mbox. I have a use case where in based on a category id passed along with view mbox, I want to see the recommendations which has the same category associated with it. So while creating recommendations activity, I chose 'Most Read Articles in this category' as criteria.While trying to see the appropriate recommendations, I have the following mboxCreate function call 'mboxCreate('mbox-name', 'entity.categoryId=work')' and I have assumed that it will retrieve recommendations whose category matches with the category I have written in the view mbox but I was wrong because I was seeing some random recommendations present in the collection. So could anyone pls suggest me something so that my use case runs fine.

Hello,I am trying to figure out configuration for setting up "rawboxes" with emails. I've been reading the 1 pager Adobe has, but it just leaves me with a bunch of questions that I was hoping someone can answer.1) I understand a URL needs to be called out from the ESP - but where exactly does that happen? Do I just hand the URL to the ESP and expect them to know how to use it? Or do I have to integrate it onto the email HTML somehow (like an Ajax call).2) The URL paramters:    - mbox = the div id in the HTML? do I need to inject an mboxUpdate function as well?    - mBoxPC / mBoxSession = do I need to come up with values for this? or does the ESP generate them dynamically?    - entity.id = I believe i need to provide this to the ESP to inject    - mboxDefault / mboxHost : what is the purpose of these?3) Do I need to inject any javascript into the body of the email? mboxCreate? mboxUpdate? I am just trying to understand how the content gets plugged into the container.Thank you for your h

This should be an easy question (i hope). I am trying to have the marketing team sign off on a test in Target Classic in their UAT environment. It is behind the firewall. I talked with the network guy and he said that I am probably right and that the code is bouncing off the firewall and that is why the test is not showing appropriately in this environment. Can someone tell me the IP range that I will need to have opened up so that we can get a return from Adobe. We are a US company located 15 miles from Adobe's Utah HQ.
