Adobe Target

I have a test set up linking to a URL that currently does not have an MBox on it. We are not seeing any data come in (launched May 5th). Is the data not coming in because the page does not have an mbox?The conversion is set up as a converesion- viewed a page - URL is - http://www.briggsandstratton.com/us/en/product-registrationThanks, Liz 

Hello!My company has 2 TNT instances. One is for our JP market where our pages are hosted on a 3rd party server. The other instance is on our internal servers. These instances essentially are two separate companies from an Adobe Target perspective. I have to run an AB test that will cross between these two instances. Does anybody have any insights on how to get this done? My problem is if I set up 2 different TNT campaigns, how do I maintain the visitor count to be the same within this test? If someone jumps between the 2 pages, which would be in different TNT instances, TNT will session the same visitor as 2 unique visitors, rather than one.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks!!

How do I run a campaign only for a specific subdomain? I have the rules in place to target current page subdomain equal to what I want, but when I preview it the offers show up on the main site and other subdomains. Is this just a bug in preview or will these offers actually display on the main site?

My requirement is :1. to create an external campaign in Target( Not through AEM) -- Done by using saveCampaign API provided by Target2. Fetching the newly created campaign in AEM and creating corresponding nodes in JCR. -- Done by consuming viewCampaign API and subsequently craeting nodes with the appropriate properties.3. Now I can see the campaign created in JCR and I could create offers inside it.4. Now I want this updated campaign to be synched back with the one that was created in Target in step 1.  ( I tried integrating this campaign with Target by updating properties in the campaign through AEM. -- as shown in the screenshot pasted below.)However in target the campaign is not yet updated to include the offer that I created in step 3.(the campaign is not modified).I have observed that the campaign created via AEM is in activated state however the one that I created programmatically is in deactivated state, could that be a reason the campaign is not getting updated? Any suggestion

How do I publish/share a segment to Adobe Marketing Cloud?

Just noticed that none of our Target Standard experiences are rendering in IE8. Other browsers are fine. With so many updates to the Visual Experience Composer within the 4/28 Target release, might IE8 compatibility have been lost?

Let me restate the question.  Is there a way to only execute an A/B test if the referrer is correct?  For example, let's say I have an A/B test I want to do, but only if the user comes from Google search results.  If they come from Bing, I want them to always have the default experience.  Is this possible?  How do I set it up?  Thanks.

Why are success metrics not reporting data correctly ?

Hey all,It seems that my order confirmation mBox is pulling in extra data when someone successfully completes a test.During my testing of the campaign, when i successfully complete the conversion instead of reporting that a single user converted Adobe Target report that many, many more have converted.  I believe it has something to do with the Order Confirmation mBox but any guidance would be amazing.Cheers,Eric

I am current trying to use the following two data sources in Audience Manager in order to create a custom audience:1) Data uploaded to Audience Manager  i.e. visitor-uk2) Mbox parameters i.e. visitor logged inI would like to create a combination audience of the above data sources: i.e. a uk visitor that has logged in.Is it currently possible to combine an audience from Audience manager with an mbox parameter?Any advice to point me in the right direction would be great, Thanks.

Hey All,I'm stuck...I created a campaign that requires a specific parameter to be loaded into the Global mBox 5 pages after someone sees the offer.  I can see the parameter being passed to the Global mBox via the debugger but Adobe Target Classic doesn't recognize it as a conversion....I am using this code:mboxUpdate('Global','deliveryDay=NextDay')Any ideas????Cheers,Eric

First of all I'd just like to say that I find the GUI for Adobe Target completely non-sensical. I have a dashboard full of different A/B tests. Some of which are no longer relevant to the data that we are trying to gather. All I want to do is delete these experiences so that my dashboard isn't all cluttered with junk tests that we no longer need. I've been clicking around looking for a way to delete them but thus far nothing has worked to get rid of them. How can I delete an A/B test experience from the Adobe Target dashboard?

I'm trying to create a new activity in Adobe Target premium and am seeing this error. [img]Target error.jpg[/img]I know the website definitely contains Target libraries. The error also occurs when I duplicate an activity that is currently live. What's the best way to get around this? Thanks,Karen

Hi,i try to use a "profile attribute - type: script attribute" to recognize if the user has a cookie "last-login" and write the information to the user profile, so we can target the campagn. The campagn is a redirect offer and the correct displaymbox is chosen.I can see that the script WILL work because i can write custom values to the "user.cookieReturning", but if i try to access the cookie with document.cookie the wysiwyg editor throws an error "document is undefined". I saw some examples in the documentation where input fields a read and values written to profiles, so i assume it can work. The other solution would be to write a parameter to the mboxCreate, but we would like to solve it by target itselfs.Questions:1.) Is it possible to read "document-based" cookies before target decides what to to? (redirect or html offer)2.) In which scope does the attribute scripts run? Document, window are all undefined.3.) Another try with a Plugin for all pages did work, but i couldnt acces the

Using multiple mbox'ed(6 of them). They appear to be loading one after antoher and affect other dynamic areas of CQ5.5 sitePlease link me to the documentation and examples how to load mboxes in async ! Thanks,Peter

I'm looking to start an A/B test, in which a specific offer would be the top offer shown to the visitor on a specific page, but only when that offer is available. Here's the link we're looking to test: http://uo.loewshotels.com/en/booking/uo?hotel=UECBB&checkin=05%2F11%2F2015&checkout=05%2F13%2F2015&rooms=1&sr=&code=&iata=&na=1&nk=0. I want to test having "Family Suites" as the top offer, but only when it's available. When family suites are not available, I would not want the offer to be present.How would I go about setting this up? Thanks in advance! - David   

Hi,Before we had the Analytics 4 Target (A4T) integration, it was possible (I know it is still possible, but it don't seems to be stable!) to send the Target campaign activities to Analytics, where we could export the data via a data feed to our data warehouse, for further analysis.Since Adobe released A4T, it don't seems like it is possible to do this anymore, without using the old integration witch I found very unstable. Anyone who have found a way of doing this? My key is the visitor ID that i have populated to an eVar. I can populate Target with that eVar value (custom parameter to the global mbox etc.) if needed, but it don't seems like I can export/report on that data anyway...Does anyone have a suggestion on how to solve this?/Løjmann

IssueUsers are intermittently entering T&T campaignsDevice/OS/BrowseriPhone 5siOS 8.3Safari 8DetailsIn testing on our local network, we noticed that were not consistently entering campaigns where we had 100% of traffic going to 1 recipe.We thought it might be our network so Andrea and I tested over the weekend on our respective wireless and the LTE.We both had varied results on our iPhone 5s’. (sometimes we entered the campaign, sometimes we didn’t regardless of the network we were connected to)iPad Mini and iPad are consistently entering campaigns which is why we feel this is iPhone specific. Has anyone experienced this issue?Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have a test implemented in Target Standard that I want to run across the entire site. I have used the advanced activity url criteria but the test is still not displaying globally. I know i have used the advanced criteria properly. Has anyone else had issues getting tests to run globally in Target Standard? If so, any troubleshooters?

Hello,Could someone please tell me whether it's possible to download algorithm results in bulk? I need to change some settings, and I've learned that doing so erases my algorithm's history, so I have no visibility into past reporting data. However, not only can I not view the detailed results of all algorithms at once, I can only get a full picture of traffic for my A/B tests by clicking back and forth between the dashboard and the Results screen for the individual algorithm. I'm dying to know if there's an easier way to download and preserve our algorithm metrics prior to making changes. Otherwise, I'll be manually typing all of it in to a spreadsheet, which is totally inefficient.Thanks in advance for any help!Lauren

We deployed Target Standard last night and set up an A/B test. When I debug the page I can see the requests coming through but I can't see any data in the reports. How long does it take for data to start coming through? if there is a problem how to troubleshoot it?

Hi,I'm a noob (about 30 mins old) into mbox and don't have access to our Adobe Target software (client has it)Our client is using Adobe Target for their homepage which contains 8 tiles (images, with some text). They have currently implemented one of these tiles to use mbox and have the content change per Adobe Target rules that come in via a javascript object (provided by the client, not created by myself). Since the client only controls one tile it's easy, whatever comes back from Target gets thrown into the single tile. Fast forward to today, the client now wants to be able to control all 8 tiles in this same fashion. My question is, on the Adobe target side, is there an easy way to name/create a well defined data structure that maps to each tile so the frontend javascript can map each set of data properly (eg "tile-1": data, "tile-2":data, etc)?Thanks!
