Adobe Target

I am testing a personalized recommendations on a website and I see the recommendations are not showing up all the time. i.e, For eg: I can see the RecommendationA in the morning, but if I check for the RecommendationA again after sometime, it is not showing up.As per me it cannot be data issue as it has already showed me the recommendation once, it should recommend again after sometime too.

Hi, One of our clients is updating their client database internally which will result in a set of clients ( around a 100k and possibly in the future more) getting a new Id. Within this migration process we would like to include a step which will do an equivalent migration in target.  To do this, we are looking for a way to bulk update the mbox3rdPartyID of a bunch of profiles. When researching the admin api of target ( https://developers.adobetarget.com/api/#structure-of-a-target-profile ) we see that there is a bulk update api call, which we today already use in a different usecase, but do not see a way how to use this to change the mbox3rdPartyID. What is the best approach to tackle this issue? Our current fallback option, in case of no solution, is to delete all 100k+ profiles and rebuild them from scratch, losing all data until now.  Kr,Thomas

We are seeing huge discrepancy in our a4t activities. Especially redirect tests for comparing two AEM pages. Consulting services/support basically told us it is what it is until a larger issue is resolved on their roadmap. I need to implement a trackedevent for form submission directly in target. In previous roles, we had confirmation pages that made this very easy since they were specific to the form and location it was on the site. For this, the confirmation is in page. Javascript fires that notes the pageid, submit, etc... all the pertinent information. What I need to be able to do is create a adobe.target.trackEvent that identifies that form submit and ideally for only one type of form. I don't want to count other forms when they navigate away from this specific experience. Is this done directly in target? or is this a launch thing? I am at a loss. If I create them as components in my application, how do I get Adobe Target to know about them?

Setting up an A/B test using VEC.  After modifying copy in my new experience I'm getting this error message: "Action could not be applied due to missing or invalid element selector"Anyone know how to correct this issue?

Why does Auto-Target not show the uplift between control and Auto-Targeted as described in the documentation (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/reports/auto-target-summary-report.html?lang=en) were It says:"The top two rows in the table on the reporting page show the results of an A/B test between the visitors who were assigned to the control (i.e. randomly served experiences) and the visitors who were assigned to the personalization algorithm. This information can be used to measure how the personalization algorithm performed compared to the randomly-served control"

While creating analysis workspace dashboard for my first Auto Target activity reporting it became aparent that the Experience names as we define within AT test settings in Adobe Target do not show in A4T report (it only shows Expereince A, Experience B, etc. though that is now how the names are managed in Target and its reporting tab). Anything we can do to expose the activity name as dimension value? Any solution for replicating tables like these in tutorial (link below) that can show diemnsion names as understood by the stakeholders/defined in Target? Hi,I came across this document 'A4T support for Auto-Allocate and Auto-Target activities', https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/integrate/a4t/a4t-at-aa.html?lang=enNotice there is limitation stating, Target uses the “Same Touch” attribution model in the Auto-Allocate feature: Analytics for Target (A4T).From reporting point of view in AA, the default is using 'Last Touch'. Is there any impact or difference?

Is it possible to apply 2 or more instances of recommendations on the same page? It appears that you can only apply one instance of recommendations on a page. Is that correct?

I am trying to code a profile script that looks for some query parameters.  At some point after I have split the query parameters into an array, how should i iterate over the array to find the query parameter I need.  I have tried using for, forEach, while loops...all show some syntax error although the function works perfectly fine when ran on the browser console.

Hello,we have activity live for months and for last month i.e. Jan data is weird as when I downloaded the report I can see visitor count as "0", but there are counts for conversions.   I had faced same issue for another acitvity but the audience was only me so I got answer from adobe as it's an exception and we can ignore it. but in this case target audience is much larger.Please help me to understand this.@amelia_waliany  @gokul_agiwal 

Hi there,  I can't seem to find anywhere in the documentation how long it takes for data to show up in the reports section of Adobe Target?  We are currently integrating Experience fragments from AEM into Target and doing testing in a lower level environment and my click data isn't showing up but visitor/visit data is - i have changed the host to reflect the environment but it's not showing and we were testing and clicking yesterday.  Please advise

Hi! We are trying to run two different experiences, both have to be A/B, pointing to the same page.Nevertheless, we can't find a solution to get both custom scripts, as it only returns one of them.Is it possible to run 2 different A/B tests on the same page at the same time?If so, does anybody have a solution for it? Many thanks.

Hi there,  We have exported our first experience fragment from AEM into Target and are currently testing.  We are creating a website banner for the POC and we have a responsive site so need 3 images (desktop, mobile and tablet).  The banner has a Primary and Secondary buttons both with links to webpages on the site.  For some reason the fragment banner CTA is showing in Target as a 'Text' element rather than a 'Link' element which is what the default banner buttons appear as.  Can someone help me figure out how to fix this so we can track engagement with the button (CTA link)?  Thank you in advance!!!

Hi team - Quick question.  I used URL contains x in the Adobe Target activity.  When that happens, the visitor might not always see the test experience IF that specific URL parameter is not there each time.  I was always under the impression that a visitor gets cookie'd and will therefore always see the same experience on subsequent visits even if the URL condition is not met??

Hello Team, Recently I have tried to do the A/B testing using FEC -  If user load a particular page then he/she needs to be redirected to new page preserving the query string parameter. It's working correctly but it's showing the landing page for few seconds which I don't need it.  For ex: If user hits the page  www.example.com/?abc=123 then immediately needs to be redirect on www.exampletarget.com/?abc=123 but here in my solution its showing the www.example.com/?abc=123 for few seconds in browser which is noticeable and then redirection happens.
