Hello Gurus, I am working on decentralising adobe target development to all the teams in the organisation. For this we are doing multiple things. 1. Moving Adobe target activity development into a version control SCM2. Creating a fail-safe development life cycle3. Hello, We are designing a system that will use the response token on the page for integration with other systems. The flow is configurable. for example, the user will be able to configure: if response.token1 = 'a' then do something. On the configuration page, in order to improve the UX and reduce the chance for mistakes, we would like to allow the user to select the available response tokens from a list, instead of typing it. My question is: is there a resource on Target API (or another API) to get this information? 

Hey , We are trying to install target without using Adobe Launch. What are the steps to do it? Auto-target / auto-personalisation experts! Can you please help!!  We recently started running an AP on a brand website, where our visitors are not mostly not authenticated (anonymous). After 15 days of ML training period, we got a list of ML segments, but majority of segments were based on browser, user OS, screen size, etc. We do not believe those would have had impact on the way visitors responded or not responded to half a dozen offers we put in mix.  Can you give me suggestions on how we can improve this. We are about to reset and restart this. Are there audiences that can be added in AAM or Target that would be effective in anonymous user segmentation?Are there effective tactics on designing blacklist for ML? Also, on the blacklisting process, if you have experience using it, can you share your learnings?Thanks everyone for your help!

We have an Adobe Target use case we are trying to solve for and hoping to get some clarification and assistance.Use Case – On our secure site, we want to show a pop up box with personalised message based on logged in User’s attribute. The attribute we want to personalise by is circled in red in screen grab below.We are planning to use the lightbox experience template as mentioned in documentation below for the pop uphttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/experiences/vec/modifications/experience-templates.html?lang=en#section_EF4FBA08CE55407CAFB334340C6C1577What we are stuck on is, how to serve different experiences based on the attribute? We believe we can use Audiences to serve different experiences, but that will mean creating whole bunch of audiences. Is there a way to dynamically serve experiences for the different attribute values?Please advise.

We have some auto complete JavaScript that is loaded on DOM ready. It is JS for autocomplete functionality for our forms. This is not being captured by one of our Target activities. Is there a way to make our Target activity aware of this?

The adobe.target.applyOffer function is used inside the adobe.target.getOffer function.In at.js 1.x I could still set e.g. "action" with e.g. "replaceContent" in the offer option. If I try the same with at.js 2.x - it doesn't work. If I remove the "action" - then it also works with the at.js 2.x for me.In source code I also found "replaceContent" with the 2.x - and it should actually work, because the applyOffer function was not changed. Does anyone know the problem? Is it really because of this function? What am I doing wrong? Or is the problem something completely different? Best regardsPerrin

Hello,I want to add a dependency to the metrics. With the overlay "Add Metrics Dependency" I also add the conditions accordingly. If I then click on "edit Dependency" again - the dependencies are deleted again. Is this a bug - or does the dependency remain active until I click on "edit Dependency"?This phenomenon is new to me. best regardsPerrin

I am trying to set up a A/B test for a particular page such as www.example.com/path1/path123456/contentTitle.html. and any page that matches the first part of the path. The URL rule I am trying is:www.example.com/path1/path123456/contentTitle.htmlOR any page where url starts with www.example.com/path1/path123 The test runs fine on the full url page but does not show up on any other page. Is such a test possible and if so what I am doing wrong.Thanks in advance 

Hi,  I'm looking to get the value of a custom attribute dynamically logged into one experience. We have a custom attribute set up as 'Customer Attributes.lifestage'. I know that this is server side data by is there a way I can return this value straight into the custom code area of an A/B experience.  I do not want to set this up as an audience as we want to dynamically change the copy based on the customer attribute value. For example, something like:if (CustomerAttr.lifestage === "Retired") { console.log('User is retired'); } else { console.log('User is not retired'); }Any help is appreciated! ThanksSam

Hi, I need to remove the user from the audience qualification, if he/she performed any specific action after seeing the target experience/content(for eg: we show the pop up via Target to the user and there is an option to click on "Not interested" and if anyone clicked then need to remove/exclude the user from the audience in real time so that when they come back next time they will not qualify for the same experience/content. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi everyone!We're migrating from DTM to Launch. I'm using the 'Adobe Target v2 - Add Params to Page Load Request' action in my Launch rule to add in profile and entity parameters. Previously we did this all in custom code so it's great being able to add these via the extension.However, one thing I can't seem to set is the SDID value for A4T. On some pages we will have multiple Mboxes firing (as we will want to fire tests based on answers to particular questions, appearance of certain modals etc.), but in the Target requests the SDID values are different each time. How can I make it so that all Target requests on the same page have the same SDID? So far I've tried adding in the mboxMCSDID parameter to the parameters action and it didn't do anything. I also tried adding targetPageParamsAll to fire before the library loads and that didn't work either.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We're using multiple getOffers() calls to retrieve content for Target XT activities on a page.  Will each call generate a distinct SDID?  Or will the calls leverage the same SDID generated by the standard global mbox call?

There is a field at the bottom of the Goals & Settings screen when setting up an activity that is labeled Other Metadata. What is this used for? I'm not sure how this is different than the Objective notes fields at the top and can't seem to find any mention about it in the documentation. 

We have a modal pop-up that we want to test on users that take too long on a page.  For example, if a users is searching a vacation destination for more than 4 minutes, this user might need some help finding what they need. After 4 minutes we want to have the pop-up display to the users. Is there a way to set up a trigger based on time on page?Thank you!

I'm currently in the process of trying to dedupe the Activity Conversions metric that appears when A4T is selected as the reporting source in Target. The primary reason I'm doing is because I want to capture the 'percentage of visitors in my activity that have clicked or engaged with an element being clicktracked on the page'. Referring back to this documentation: How Do I View the Conversion Rate, Lift, and Confidence Level? | Adobe Target"For A4T, we use a Student’s t-test calculation for continuous variables (rather than binary metrics). In Analytics, a visitor is always tracked, and every action taken is counted. Therefore, if the visitor purchases multiple times or visit a success metric multiple times, those additional hits are counted. We have a secure acquisition flow where we would like to trigger a modal with additional content to encourage the user to continue within the acquisition flow; the modal will be triggered based upon time on page; but when the modal is closed I want the user to return to the triggerview position they are at when the modal popped up; right now the user is being pushed back to the beginning of the SPA.  Is there a way to prevent that from happening? thank you,Kerry
