Injesting Data into Adobe Target Through API

Does anyone know if there a way to ingest order history into Adobe Target through an API? We need to do an offline bulk data dump for a longer time period order history and wanted to see if we can ingest the data through an API call. If it helps I am using Adobe Experience Platform.

Thank you for your help!

Hi @radioactivesmurf

When you say "load data into Adobe Target" are you referring to the Adobe Target User Profile?

Side note - you may want to explore the new RT-CDP profile attributes in Adobe Target capability of Experience Platform:

Dear @radioactivesmurf ,

I am afraid that we have a way to ingest order history into Adobe Target through an API. The supported API Types are here.

As said by @jacobto1, if you want to update the profile, you can do it; but is your use case related to the profile update?

And, if you are using Adobe Experience Platform, then you can backfill the data that is in AEP however only the segment can be pushed to Adobe Target through destinations and while activating the segments you can add profile attributes for the qualified segments. So, the ask is practically not possible in my understanding if it is not related to the profile.

But, I would love to hear from other experts if there is a possible option.
