Issue with Experience not hitting on my site

Hi,

 

I'm creating an experience activity based on the condition if my URL contains this tag "sc_cid=123abc123" and I will serve them a banner on my site. I'm using a media agency to deploy the static banner where this will then drive traffic to my site with the tag, i.e. the URL that was embedded in the static banner click-through was http://www.mywebsite.com/en/home/?sc_cid=123abc123&dclid=dgggggaahh1222 so rightfully in my audience profile I state if the "Current URL" "contains" "sc_cid=123abc123" it will show the banner.

 

Is there a reason why the banner is not showing up?

    Hi Jansen,

     

    Based on your description it should work as designed.

     

    However, you could also try to set up the segment using "query parameter" statements instead of the "current URL" option

    Note: it can be that you have a different issue as if what you described was set up correctly, it should have worked.
