Jquery is injected twice while using experience fragments

When I am using experience fragments in Adobe Target which is created in AEM at that time Jquery injected twice and some component is getting hide.

Please help me with it. How we can avoid that.

It might be worth checking Vanilla JS for your case. Make sure your functions works properly inside an iframe if you are using VEC
