Marketing Channels getting attributed on Target Calls when moving to EDDL

We have just migrated a microsite on our website over the the Event Driven Datalayer and the Adobe Web SDK from standard Adobe Launch. The team is triggering Target with Alloy calls internally and we are noticing that Marketing Channels aren't getting attributed to our pageload Analytics calls but are instead going through a Target call which is firing first. Has anyone seen this before and have suggestions on how to get Marketing Channels calls attributed to Analytics calls when we can't control Target vs. Analytics and what fires first?

@kmxkadams Did you checked the marketing channel attributions in Analytics? add your microsite to Internal traffic.
