Problems with Adobe Target splash screen?

Although Adobe Target provides a piece of code to prevent splash screens, This code is deployed in hard coded form in front of Adobe Launch embed code ,this code does not seem to work.

Official https://luma.enablementadobe.com/content/luma/us/en/women.html  demo, there is also a splash screen, using V2;

Another https://www.optisights.co.uk/ also has a splash screen, using V1

This splash screen is unacceptable to me. How did you solve the splash screen?
