Hello everyone,

 

I created the Criteria and  using Analytics Metric to determine the most viewed Article. Any suggestion why I cannot see the result from the criteria? For your information, I can see Article Page Views in my AA dashboard.

And any suggestions, how to use Analytics behavior to recommend Product?

I am going to take a guess that the analytics report needs to contain the product id (entity id) from the recommendation database.
