References- Target Standard

Hi,

I am a starter and I wonder if there are some references about how Target works to display diferent pages for diferent audiences. The link below shows how Geometrixx display women articles for visitors in Sacramento.

In my case I wonder if:

  • Target standard could do the same that the example in the video
  • If yes, how is the procedure step by step to display a page in English for visitors in Ontario and display other diferent page in French from visitors in Quebec.
